How Do I Pay My Utility Bill?
Water/Sewer Rate Increase – Payment Hours
The Town offers several options for paying utility bills.
In person payments in cash, check, credit card or money order are processed at Town Hall Monday – Thursday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. except on holidays.
Customers may mail their payment to Town of Stoneville PO Box 71, Stoneville NC 27048. Please do not mail cash.
There is an after-hours deposit slot to the right of the Drive-thru window at Town Hall where customers can drop off payments. Just lift the flap that says envelopes and insert payment through slot.
We accept credit/debit card payments by phone and in person. There is a 3% charge for in person transactions and a 4% charge for telephone transactions.
Customers may set up automatic bill pay through their banks where the bank will issue a check to cover the monthly charges. Please contact your bank to see if they offer this service.

How Do I Register For Sports Programs ?
Please complete the form below and return it to Stoneville Town Hall with your payment. Our volunteer coaches and recreation staff are instructed not to accept registration forms or payments. You are not registered for any program until a completed registration form and payment are received at Town Hall.
The town believes that no child should be excluded from participating in team sports due to an inability to pay. That is why we offer scholarships to children whose families are unable afford the registration fee. In order to qualify for a scholarship the child’s parent or guardian must obtain a letter from Rockingham County DSS stating that the child is currently receiving assistance. The letter and a completed registration form must be delivered to Town Hall prior to any practices or games. Scholarships are only awarded for youth programs and are valid for an entire year of sporting programs from July 1 through June 30.

How Do I Report A Water Leak?
We appreciate our customers being on the lookout for water leaks and reporting them promptly to town staff.

How Do I Report A Sewer Overflow or Backup?
Sewer back-ups can be a major problem for our customers. Overflows from ruptured sewer mains and manholes can threaten the environment so if you see a leak, back-up or overflow please report it as soon as possible.

How Do I Reserve Facilities at Stoneville Memorial Park?
Stoneville Memorial Park is located at the intersection of Price Street and Priddy Road. The scenic park includes picnic shelters, walking trails, performance stage, lighted ball field, basketball court, tennis court and playground. Park facilities including the ball field, performance stage and picnic shelters may be reserved for private use with a rental payment and deposit. Please contact Town Hall to confirm availability and submit a complete a Facilities Rental Form with rental fee and deposit. We also rent our ball field and concessions stand on a monthly, quarterly or semi-annual basis for travel and local baseball / softball teams.
